We’ve all had a run-in with a Parking Enforcement Officer. Indeed, whether it’s because you’ve parked on the double yellows for a quick nip into the shop for a carton of milk or you’ve been stung trying to stretch a one hour ticket to five (we understand – sometimes the shrapnel in your pocket just isn’t enough), you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be an enforcement officer lurking in the shadows waiting to slap a big yellow ticket on your car, whilst sniggering like Wacky Races’ Muttley, or worse yet – clamp it.
Despite being able to pay for their fines ten times over, and more, professional footballers are just as liable to rage at our ticket happy friends as anyone else, as Rice recently found out after a very sneaky prank from his skipper…
